OMEN PERFORMANCE uses personal data for website contact and subscriptions, Omen app accounts and onboarding, requested links, app features and website measurement. Legal notice.

• Website contact: first name, last name, email, club, role, message and referral source if provided.
• Website Omen Clubs subscription: sign-in email, identity and billing details, selected offer. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• App account: name, email and account identifier.
• Notifications: your device's notification identifier.
• App content: events, calendar, training plans, team notes and messages, availability and reasons, perceived exertion (RPE), optional comments and other content you add.
• Website browsing: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and privacy choices.

• Responding to website enquiries and managing subscriptions: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract.
• Providing accounts, notifications and club features: performance of a contract.
• Handling onboarding and link requests, sending the requested email and an optional follow-up: the service requested by you; consent for the follow-up.
• Protecting the website and app and preventing abuse: legitimate interests.
• Improving the website and measuring the onboarding journey: legitimate interests for cookieless technical measurement; consent for analytics cookies where required.
• Managing invoices and meeting applicable duties: legal obligations.

Language, theme and privacy choices are stored on your device.

PostHog (EU-hosted) measures browsing without recording contact form fields.

Nothing is sent before your choice. If you decline, only cookieless technical measurement (non-persistent daily identifier) runs. With your consent, analytics cookies are enabled.

We use your email, profile, club name and status, consent and request source to send the requested app link via Resend. Whether you viewed the demo is linked to the request and your email. Only club leaders and coaches who opt in receive one reminder three days later; players and parents do not. You can withdraw your consent using the link in the reminder.

Separate events measure onboarding anonymously, without email or a persistent identifier.

Retention: link requests, three years from last activity; onboarding events, 13 months; account and club data, during the service then for legally required periods; website contact requests, three years; billing data, statutory periods.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Omen and the following providers process data to operate the website and app. In a club workspace, club data is accessible only to people authorised for the relevant content.

• Railway — Hosting on European servers (EU West, Netherlands); US-incorporated company.
• Supabase — Authentication and app data services.
• Stripe — Payments, invoicing and club payment accounts.
• Resend — Email delivery for website contact requests and app link requests.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Bot protection for the contact form.
• PostHog — Website usage measurement and browsing diagnostics (EU instance).

Some US-based providers may involve transfers outside the EU governed by their applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising or cross-site advertising tracking.
