About

We started Omen on a training pitch,
not in a laboratory.

Mission

Make injuries the rare exception, not the recurring chapter of every season.

We build the tools we wished we had when we were on the pitch ourselves. Every feature ships only after a doctor or physiotherapist has used it on a real Tuesday morning.

Origin

Two friends, one frustration.

Omen began in 2023 between a senior physiotherapist working in a Ligue 2 club and an applied-AI engineer. After a fourth player went down in three weeks with the same hamstring pattern, we agreed: the data was there, the staff was sharp; what was missing was a tool that connected the two in real time.

We left our jobs in 2024 and founded Omen in Saint-Omer, alongside the medical staff who agreed to run our first full pilot season with us. We are still based there.

Method

Built with, never built for.

No feature reaches production until it has been used by qualified medical staff in a working week. We sit alongside the medical staff, not above it.

Values

Four principles, in this order.

Players first.

Every decision the platform supports must serve the long-term health of the athlete, never the short-term schedule.

Evidence over instinct.

We surface what the data says, with sources. The staff still decides, but with the full picture.

Privacy by design.

Medical data is sacred. We minimize what we collect, encrypt what we keep, and answer to the regulator before the market.

Built with, not for.

Every feature ships after a doctor or physiotherapist has used it on a real Tuesday morning. No exceptions.
