Augmented medical staff.Compounded performance.
Omen partners with medical staff in professional football — an intelligence layer that reads every session, and agentic protocols co-written with the doctors.
Season after season, injury plays the same score. We are composing a different one.
Every elite squad walks into pre-season with one statistical certainty: some of its players will be lost to injury before winter. The figure barely moves from year to year. The staff knows it; the calendar does not.
Omen began on a training pitch, not in a laboratory. A senior physiotherapist, an applied-AI engineer, and the conviction that the data was already there — only the tool to read it at the cadence of a club's week was missing.
One trajectory, per player.
GPS load, wellness, RPE, history, imaging — resolved into a single trajectory per player. One source of truth, GDPR-native, and yours.
Every signal, explained.
Our intelligence layer reads the trajectory session by session and returns it as annotations traceable back to the source data. The staff sees why before deciding what.
AI drafts, the staff decides.
Recovery and return-to-play protocols are drafted from the player's history and the day's signals, then reviewed and adapted by the staff. One shared trajectory, role-aware permissions, a complete audit trail.
What the medical staff sees on a Tuesday morning, four days before a match. Squad readiness, players to monitor, protocols due — at a glance.
- One player in monitoring, one cleared this morning.
- Soft-tissue trend stable across the microcycle.
- Vandermeer: reduce load Tue/Wed, reassess Thu.
- Okafor: complete eccentric block, recheck post-AM.
What we read, in plain figures, after our first full pilot season alongside the medical staff who trusted us from day one.
Everything the medical staff needs,
on one continuous trajectory.
Eight features, refined with the staff that uses them. These are the four that matter most in a working week.
Centralized medical data.
One source of truth for every consult, treatment, scan and recovery session — searchable, auditable, GDPR-native. Your data stays yours.
Real-time AI insights.
Our intelligence layer reads each session and turns it into explainable annotations at player and squad level. Every signal is source-traceable.
Agentic recovery protocols.
Recovery and return-to-play drafted by agentic AI from the player's history and current signals. The staff reviews, adapts and approves; the platform records every variation.
Cross-role collaboration.
Doctors, physiotherapists, S&C coaches and analysts collaborate on the same player trajectory, with role-aware permissions and a complete audit trail.

Engagement
How is Omen sold?
As an annual program, scoped with your medical leadership. There is no self-serve sign-up, every deployment is shaped around the staff that will use it. We share a written quote after a thirty-minute scoping call.
How is Omen billed?
Annual contract, billed in EUR, with a thirty-day evaluation window. Pricing scales with squad size, integrations and on-site support, typically between forty and one hundred and twenty thousand euros per club, per season.
Can we trial Omen for one season?
Yes. The first thirty days of any annual contract are an evaluation window, fully refundable if your medical staff decides Omen is not the right fit.
Onboarding
What does onboarding look like?
Four to eight weeks, depending on data sources. We import the relevant history, connect GPS and wellness feeds, configure the indicators for your context, and shadow your weekly cycle until your staff is autonomous.
Which data sources do you integrate?
Out of the box: STATSports, Catapult, WIMU, Polar, Firstbeat, Smartabase, Kitman Labs, and the major imaging viewers. Custom integrations on the Elite tier, we publish a list of supported feeds in the contract.
Do we need a data engineer in-house?
No. Our team handles the integrations end-to-end. You designate one medical lead and one technical contact on your side; we do the rest.
Privacy & data
Where is player data hosted?
European Union only, Frankfurt and Paris, on hardware operated by us. Each club has a dedicated logical tenant. We are GDPR-native and sign a Data Processing Agreement before any data is moved.
Who owns the medical data?
You do. Always. Your data is exportable in open formats at any time, and the contract guarantees full extraction within fifteen days of any termination.
Do you train models on our data?
Only with explicit written consent, and only on de-identified aggregates. The default contract excludes your data from any cross-club training.
Medical & legal
Is Omen a certified medical device?
No. Omen is decision-support software for qualified medical staff. Diagnoses, prescriptions and clearance decisions remain the sole responsibility of your team. We are happy to walk through the regulatory framing in detail with your DPO.
Does Omen replace our doctors or physiotherapists?
No. Omen is built to make their work faster and more evidence-based, never to replace clinical judgement. The platform exposes its sources for every recommendation; nothing arrives as a black box.
What happens during a matchday outage?
We have not had one yet. The platform runs on two EU regions with automatic failover, and matchday support is staffed live during fixtures. The sideline tools also degrade gracefully to read-only on a local cache.
Bring Omen into your working week.
We onboard a small number of clubs each season. We would be glad to talk about the next intake.
